Take a look at this mini trailer / playhouse.  http://littlevintagetrailer.com/2012/06/featured-trailer-72-pink-shasta-compact-for-sale/

I've got a new obsession. It's Mini or Micro or small vintage campers. I want a tiny vintage trailer to call my own. It could be my writing office/ scrapbook room/ doll house/ personal retreat. I've got just the place to put it in my backyard. Even better  I could take it on the road for a glamping trip.

Here's another pink trailer that is just precious. This is the 1972 Shasta Compact Travel Trailer. It looks similar because it is decorated in the similar shabby chic style but it's a different trailer.  http://littlevintagetrailer.com/2012/07/67-playmor-vintage-camper-for-sale-adorable/

This blog has a bunch of cute pictures of vintage trailers. Turn your volume down on this site.

Here's what it looks like when it's not painted pink.

I mentioned getting one to my husband and he said "No". I didn't ask if he thought it was a good idea I just told him that I was thinking about getting one. I've got space on the side of the house to store it or I could move it all the way into the back yard and make it playroom off the side of the deck.

Love the idea of Glamping. Camping with a glamour.

I share my idea with my son and he said that it would be his hangout. Sigh!
I agreed he could live in the travel trailer in the backyard and I would makeover his room as a my office.

NEW MICRO TRAVEL TRAILERS
I'm a little concerned about the cost of refurbishing these old campers. I did find that hey made some new ones which could possibly be decorated for cheaper than buying and renovating a vintage trailer.
